What is The Trope Shoppe?

We’re book besties turned business besties, creating exclusive merch for the reading obsessed. Think subtle nods, loud obsessions that only readers understand. Limited-edition drops designed for fantasy and romance lovers.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How does your order process work?

All of our pieces are made to order, just for you. Once your order is placed, it goes into production. No extras or no overstock, just thoughtfully made items created specifically for our Trope lovers. This approach helps us reduce waste and ensures every piece is made with intention. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

When will my order ship?

Since our drops are made to order, production + shipping can take 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order heads your way. It's a long wait but we promise it will be worth it!

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — for now, we only ship within the U.S. Join our email list to be the first to hear when we do!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every drop is made to order, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I find out about your drops?

We love adding more book besties to our Found Family! Sign up for our email list or follow us on socials. That’s where you’ll get first looks at upcoming drops and restocks. 

Do you take custom requests?

We don’t take custom requests for new designs at this time. However, if you see a design on our site that you love and would like it on a different product, feel free to reach out. We may be able to make that happen for you.

What are your promotion terms?

VDAY free shipping promotion: Free shipping valid on qualifying orders of $60+ (subtotal before tax and after discounts) with promo code applied at checkout. Applies to standard shipping only on in-stock merchandise. Excludes gift cards, digital or custom items, and applicable taxes/fees. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. If returns reduce the order below the qualifying minimum, original shipping may be deducted from refund. Valid for U.S. orders only. Offer subject to change or cancellation without notice. Void where prohibited.
